When can I expect a technician to come to repair my appliance?
- This will depend on the amount of services that are in queue, if there is no one you can agree the time of day with the administrative staff since the time of arrival must be calculated from the location of the technician to your room address.
- In case the day is full of customers, you will be given indications to schedule your appointment.
- Even after scheduling you can change your appointment for any commitment that arises as long as you indicate it in advance.
Do I have to be at the scheduled visiting hours?
- Yes, it is important because the customer must receive the assigned technician and indicate where the appliance is located (location within the home or business).
- In case of not being able to be there, you must indicate it and reschedule the visit in the most convenient time and day for you.
