Brief Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Technician who has the spirit to deliver the desired customer service experience under the principles and values of respect, accountability, integrity and consideration for people. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Responsabilities

Provide customer service and support during visits.
Couple the work flow to the schedule set by management.
Manage all installation, repair and maintenance work.
Diagnose technical errors or problems and determine appropriate solutions.
Submit detailed and timely service reports.
Document processes.

Operate vehicles in a safe manner.
Follow all procedures and protocols as directed.
Cooperate with technical team and share information throughout the organization.
Understand customer requirements and recommend and report correctly.
Forge positive relationships with customers.
Look at support material sent to you prior to service.
Comply with equipment warranties.

Requirements

Knowledge in electricity, mechanics or appliance repair.
Demonstrable experience of your skills.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and maintain technical equipment.
At least basic or intermediate level of English.

Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
Immediate availability.
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
Own vehicle is a must.
